We are committed to providing our patients with gentle, high quality, dental  care in a professional and supportive environment.  In order to provide all of our patients with fair and reasonable alternatives for financing their dental health, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and Care Credit.  Care credit is a health care dedicated credit card available to qualified applicants.  Visit www.carecredit.com for more information.

If you have Dental Insurance we will submit the dental services we provide to your Dental Insurance Company. We require a co-payment and deductible to be paid at the time of service.  Please be advised that you are responsible for all the charges for the date services are rendered should your Insurance company deny a claim.

Dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier.  Please understand your benefits. For example: what is covered or not covered, waiting periods, benefit maximum limits and when your plan may expire.

We expect payment at the time our service is rendered so that we can meet our office’s financial responsibilities, allowing us to continue to provide dental care for new and existing patients.

We value your time and ask that you provide us with 48 hour advance notice of any appointments you may be unable to keep so that we can continue to provide professional, high quality, effective dental care for all of our patients.  Failure to provide adequate notice when you cannot make your appointment may result in a fine.
